Chan is OTF Ocala's Fitness Director and Operating Partner, and has been working in the fitness industry since 1997, with a primary focus on training and education. His career has taken him to 4 countries and countless US cities with the mission of increasing the education and service level of our amazing industry. He is very thankful of the career experiences offered by Club One Fitness, Bally Total Fitness, Equinox Health Clubs, Mad Dogg athletics, Gravity Training System and Orangetheory Fitness to name a few. In the process of leading fitness teams over the years, he became an approved ACE, AFFA and NASM education provider. Currently, he is on a five plus year journey with Orangetheory Fitness, the fastest growing group training concept in the world. He currently lives in Orlando, Florida.

On a personal level, he grew up in Louisiana, surrounded by great food and great people. He prioritizes time with his kids, Danielle and Joshua. From the training perspective, he craves more time on his mountain and road bikes, but does find time to train at Orangetheory 2-3 days per week. He is working his way back to the sport of triathlon, where he competed for 20 years as an elite age group athlete.

Renee Milsap is a native of Central Florida and has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 5 years. As a lifting enthusiast, Renee knows how to get into shape after being overweight and out of excuses. Passionate about helping others, Renee is known for her enthusiastic & motivational coaching style.
Renee is a proud mother of a teenage son. 
DeAnna Corun was born and raised in Ocala Florida and has been professionally involved in the health and fitness industry since 2015. Married and the mother of two grown children, DeAnna's journey into the health and fitness field began shortly after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in 1994. DeAnna's passion is a commitment to helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Certified Personal Trainer 2015, Sports Nutrition Specialist Certification 2017, CPR/AED Certified.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
