Orangetheory is an intense 60-minute interval training session in which you'll wear a heart monitor while moving through 12 different stations. On a personal level, he grew up in Louisiana, surrounded by great food and great people. He prioritizes time with his kids, Danielle and Joshua. From the training perspective, he craves more time on his mountain and road bikes, but does find time to train at Orangetheory 2-3 days per week. He is working his way back to the sport of triathlon, where he competed for 20 years as an elite age group athlete.
